How it works

  1. Create a poll. Add a title, optional details, your meeting length, and the times you'd like to propose.
  2. Share the link. You'll get a public link to share, and you can also send invites by email.
  3. Respondents vote yes / maybe / no on each proposed time, and can suggest additional times.
  4. Close the poll when ready (or set an auto-close date). If a time works for everyone, you're done. Otherwise, respondents' suggestions and original times that got at least one yes run as a round 2 vote.

We'll use this to send you results when the poll closes.
Add date/time slots respondents will vote on. Add as many as you want.
If set, the poll automatically closes at this date/time and runs the round-1 / round-2 logic. Leave empty to close manually.
We'll email each address a link to your poll.

By using this service, you're agreeing to receive email notifications related to your poll's status (responses, round 2, results, deadline reminders). You will also receive one follow-up email about a week after your poll closes — a thank-you note that may invite you to refer a friend or check out other InnDojo tools. No long-term marketing list. Your name and email are kept only as long as your poll is active and are deleted in full 30 days after the poll closes.
